my 04 with the 3.5 hasn't really been that terrible. Definitely not sharp and responsive steering though.

If they're maintained they're not bad, and the 3.5 is a solid six, but I never see any that have been taken care of.

Well, when it was a brand-new car, straight from the factory, and still under warranty, the Intrepid was quite good, actually all the LH cars were really excellent designs. They just didn't hold up well once old age started setting in.
